General information
This will be updated as needed. Please note that the course was recently changed to be 3 hours instead of 4. Problem-solving has been removed from the classroom and moved to the recitation sections (combined with CH111 and CH160). This decision was not made by me or anyone in the chemistry department. Please let me know how you like this course design.
The file above is a reduced-size version of the file available from the publisher at

The goal of this survey is for you to see if there is some pattern to what you missed on the exam and how you are studying. I don't want your efforts to go unrewarded, and perhaps you can make a change in your test preparation and/or test-taking strategy that will result in better performance.
The survey is anonymous, though I can see if you've completed it (and can thus award you 10 bonus points for doing so!). By taking the survey you are consenting to have this anonymous, aggregated data used for research purposes.
